The monthly regional brown and black belt training was held at Vereeniging Dojo this month. The class was presented by Marius Jordaan Sensei (6th Dan) and focused on kihon. It was a tough and challenging training session but was thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
Well done to everyone that attempted their grading last week. Keep on training hard and the results will show.
