Visit from Sensei Mike Dukas

We had the privilege of hosting the head of our organisation, Michael Dukas Sensei (8th Dan). The seminar was hosted for red belts upwards, followed by an Instructors exam for all black belts who sit on our grading panel. It was an intense weekend and we were given many insights and things to work on. We look forward to passing the information & teachings over to our young karate stars Thank you to all who attended and a special thank you to Lindie Jenkins ⁩Sensei who wonderfully helped to make this event possible.

Last few weeks before our first grading let’s push
